About Maneet Chawla
Maneet Chawla is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen communication, manage stress, and navigate life's transitions with clarity and compassion. His approach is collaborative and grounded, helping clients identify what's working, explore patterns that may be holding them back, and move toward lasting change.
As a Sikh clinician and child of immigrants, Maneet brings a deep appreciation for cultural identity and intergenerational dynamics. He strives to create a space where clients can feel seen, respected, and supported while exploring the connections between their personal, relational, and cultural experiences.
Before pursuing his MFT training, Maneet worked in information technology, where he developed a skill for translating complexity into clarity, something he now brings to his clinical work. He is currently completing his graduate training at lona University, where he receives ongoing supervision and education to ensure thoughtful, ethical care.
Clients working with Maneet can expect a calm, compassionate presence and a practical, down-to-earth style focused on insight, growth, and meaningful progress.
