One-on-One Support
Individual Therapy
A confidential space that's entirely yours — to work through what's weighing on you, understand yourself better, and build tools that last beyond the session.
What individual therapy looks like
Individual therapy is a working relationship between you and a licensed clinician. You set the direction: what you want to change, what you want to understand, what feels stuck. Your therapist brings clinical training, structure, and an outside perspective.
Sessions typically run 50 minutes, usually weekly at the start. Some people come for a few months around a specific challenge; others stay longer for deeper work. Both are valid, and you're never locked into a timeline.
